This allows him to invest more energy and attention during sessions and dedicate additional time outside of sessions to your care. He ensures each and every person receives a unique therapy experience tailored to their individual circumstances, preferences, and goals. Experienced.
In addition to his private practice work, James also works as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor at The University of Sydney’s Gambling Treatment & Research Clinic, a service dedicated to using the most advanced therapy techniques to effect behaviour change. Prior to that, James was working in the psycho-oncology (cancer services) team at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
James is a Board-Approved Supervisor with The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, providing clinical supervision and support to psychologists at all stages of their careers.
James received his Masters of Clinical Psychology from The University of New South Wales and undergraduate qualifications from The University of Sydney, receiving academic commendations from both.
