CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY · CROYDON, INNER WEST SYDNEY

Therapy that goes deep.

For people who have always felt more than they let onand have carried it long enough to know something needs to change.

SCROLL

WHO WE’RE FOR

You've tried therapy before.
It helped —
to a point.

You left with something, but not the thing. The patterns came back.

You're not just looking for coping strategies. You want to understand how you got here and why it keeps happening. You want a psychologist who will stay in the harder parts with you — not redirect you or just hand you a worksheet.

You're carrying something you've been carrying a long time, and you're done pretending it's fine.

"What clients notice — sometimes in the first session — is that someone is actually thinking about them. Not following a protocol. Not keeping their distance. It's rarer than it should be. And it matters more than most people expect."

RECOGNISE YOURSELF?

The people we work best with tend to be like this.

Not clinical categories — descriptions of a kind of person we recognise immediately, and work well with.

i

You've always felt things more deeply than most

The mood in a room. The thing no one said. What someone meant versus what they actually said. You've spent years wondering whether something is wrong with you. There isn't.

ii

You carry things quietly and for a long time

Capable, functional, held together on the outside. You've gotten very good at that. Inside is a different story — there's a gap between who you appear to be and how you actually feel.

iii

You give endlessly and receive very little

You're the dependable one. The person people call. Somewhere your own needs stopped being considered — not dramatically, just gradually, until one day you realised you couldn't remember the last time someone asked how you actually were. And meant it.

iv

Therapy has let you down before

You went. It helped to a point. But you could feel the protocol — the slight impatience when you went somewhere they weren't expecting. The assumptions they made about you that hurt. You're trying again. This time you have a clearer sense as to what you're looking for.

v

You're ready to do the real work

Not just a chat or a vent. Something in you has always known the real work hasn't happened yet. You're ready to do something about it.

ONE PHILOSOPHY. TWO CLINICIANS.

James and Natali share a clinical conviction: warmth without rigour is comfort without change. Rigour without warmth is technique without trust. They don't try to balance these. They hold both.

The right clinician for you depends on your presentation and what you need — not on whether you need warmth or rigour. Both of them bring both. The difference is experience level and the complexity of the work.

Dr Natali Dilevski has immediate availability for new clients. James is currently waitlisted. If you're unsure who is right for you, reach out and we'll help you work it out.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Both at once.
Not one, then the other.

01

The relationship is the mechanism

Not the vehicle for delivering techniques — the mechanism itself. Being genuinely met by another person, at the level of your actual experience, is what makes the deeper cognitive work possible. Both James and Natali understand this. It shapes everything about how they work.

02

Warmth and rigour are the same thing

Warmth without rigour is a good conversation. Rigour without warmth is a protocol. Neither is therapy. Both James and Natali understand this — not as a philosophy they've adopted, but as something they've seen in the room.

03

Work that reaches the root

The beliefs that formed early — defectiveness, emotional deprivation, never being quite enough — have been quietly shaping everything since. Most approaches work around them. This one works on them. It takes longer. It reaches further.

04

Unhurried by design

Both James and Natali see a limited number of clients — not because of capacity, but because the work requires it. When you are here, you are the only person being thought about. That is not something that can be true at scale.

"What I see, over time, is people who carry themselves differently. Not because things got easier. Because they stopped making it harder."
